Jesus the King

Passage: Revelation 1:4-8

I am grateful that Jesus is King and has the power to give life. We are given and blessed with so much and it can give us a false sense of self sufficiency. Jesus is everything, Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega. We may think “I got this” when actually it is Jesus who has the power, the love. We don’t “got this” and I am grateful that Jesus does. When we express our gratitude with humble obedience, service and giving we are proclaiming we trust that Jesus is King.
