Engaging On The Harvest Website

The video keeps pausing  /  I see a loading icon but no video

1. Try refreshing your page. (tap the circular arrow at the top of your screen. Press F5 on a Windows PC. On a Mac, hold down the Command key and then, while still holding it, press the R key on your keyboard)

2. Try doing a speed test! Visit https://www.speedtest.net/ and tap GO! Speeds under 10 MBPS will likely cause choppy video. If that’s the case, try moving closer to your router at home or call your internet service provider for help.

If your speed is above 10 MBPS and video is still inconsistent, try downloading Google Chrome. Tap here to do so. Google  Chrome has tested to be the best browser for watching church online.

I see video but don’t hear any sound

1. Tap on the button on the bottom of the video that says tap to unmute.

2. If you still don’t hear audio, check to make sure speakers are on and that your volume is up on your device.

3. Check to make sure the volume is up on the video itself. The sound settings are located in the bottom bar of the video player.

If you’re still having trouble, unplug any external audio device (headphones, speakers, etc...) and test using your built in speakers.

Worship started already but I only see a looping video intro

I can’t see messages in the chat like everyone else can!
While there is some conversation happening in the chat section on Facebook, the majority of chat interaction is happening on our website.  Click here to jump into the conversation.

Troubleshooting Chat

I don’t see chat! What is that?
1. First make sure you’re watching via the Harvest website Head to https://live.welcometoharvest.org/ if you’re not there already. Most of the chat conversation happens there.

2. Check to see if your video is full screen. If it’s full screen, you won’t see the chat features.

3. Make sure you’re using Google Chrome. It’s the most reliable browser for watching online worship! Get it here.

4. If you're still not seeing the chat stream, try refreshing your page.

Watching On Demand

I missed a worship gathering. Can I watch the sermon after the fact?

Absolutely! We archive our messages to watch anytime on the Harvest web site. Click here to watch on-demand messages.

When are on-demand message replays posted?
Usually the Sunday morning message is online to replay by Wednesday afternoon.

Troubleshooting Request Prayer

What is request prayer?
When you click REQUEST PRAYER a private chat window will open on your screen with an online host. They will chat back and forth and are there to pray with you in a private chat.

I clicked request prayer and no one’s answering!
1. Hang tight, it occasionally takes a minute or two for a host to join the  request prayer chat. While you wait, be sure to keep the chat window open.

2 .If it’s been longer than a few minutes, try refreshing your page.
